Dr. Anita Sanz, Psychologist
I have been a clinical psychologist in practice for over 25 years helping people make positive changes in all areas of their life, without getting overwhelmed: learning how to improve mental health, handle stress better, and enjoy life more.
I enjoy helping people learn how to connect better with their partners, resolve conflicts without causing damage, and be more in love for a lifetime.
Teaching people how to grow their own self-esteem and treat themselves as if they matter is one of the best parts of my job.
And though it doesn’t sound very clinical, I often help people get in touch with their own unique place in the Universe and guide them to make use of healthy spiritual practices to help them through the traumas and tragedies of life.
If you would like to learn more about any of these things, you’re in the right place!
Here is my message to you: Life is a manageable if messy enterprise, there’s a solution to every problem, traumas can be healed, and you can continue to grow and learn forever.
Please connect with me on the Sanzplans facebook page where I post a daily Plan for the Day, mental healthspiration, and the latest research findings in the field of mental health that will make your life better. Or you can follow me on twitter @sanzplans.
I’m so happy you found your way here and hope you will check in frequently. And if you like what you see, please recommend this site to others!
I’ve taken what I have learned working with clients for over two decades and condensed it into the book A Year to Change, so that if you never get the chance to work with a therapist, you can still benefit from some of the best help that therapy can offer.
Designing the book so you’ll make one positive change a week, adding up to significant change by the end of a year, makes the goal achievable. So if you want to feel better, get healthier, be happier, improve your friendships and relationships and self-confidence, and figure out your purpose in life…one step at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed, then I invite you to try something that works!
Get the book ( ebook or paperback ) and a journal to write in, and you will be on your way!
